Been on a movie-watching binge lately,
I recently renewed my Netflix membership.
Fire was pretty good. It was released in
India (1996). The acting is on point, the
Taj Mahal makes a cameo, and you get an
insider's look at Indian culture. The director
caught hell for featuring two Hindu lesbians
on screen. Maybe I should check out Brokeback
Mountain to call it even stephens. Or maybe not.
